Are you open for deliveries or pick-up orders?  

Yes! We are open for in-store pick-up and floral deliveries. The best way to place your pick-up or delivery order is on our website. For questions, you can contact us by email at info@rafaelflorist.com, text us, or leave a voicemail at (415) 457-4712.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
The shop will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th & 5th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Can I pick up a floral order at your flower shop?  

Yes, just place your order online, pick the desired date and time, and we will have your floral gift ready to be picked up.

Where do you deliver? And what is the delivery fee?

We deliver in most of the cities in Marin County; we are not able to send flowers to any other cities outside Marin at this time.

What floral designs are available…?

All the floral designs and plants on our website are in stock and available for delivery or pickup. Flowers or plants that are sold out will be removed from the website immediately.

I am looking for a particular flower or plant variety. What flowers and plants do you offer?

Our offering is limited to the flowers and plants displayed on our website. If we do not have the flower desired online, we do not carry that flower variety. The availability of flowers and plants will be updated on the website as soon as new shipments arrive from the nurseries and flower growers. All the flower varieties available in our shop are displayed on our website.

Can I choose the date and time of delivery…?

Delivery dates and delivery windows are available for your choosing. If a delivery date or time slot is not available, it’s because we have reached our delivery capacity for that particular date or delivery window.

Can I get a same-day delivery or pick-up…?

Yes, we provide same-day delivery Monday – Saturday. The cutoff time for same-day delivery is 2 PM Pacific time, and the cutoff time for same-day pick-up is 3 PM Pacific time. Same-day delivery will not be available if outside our operating hours or if we reach our production capacity.

Can I change my pick-up order to be delivered instead?

Yes, please visit this link and enter the requested information to have your order delivered instead of being picked up.

What if the recipient is not there?

We will deliver the flowers, if no one is home, the flowers will be porched, and a courtesy call will be made to the recipient to notify them of the flowers porched. If no one answers the phone call, we will leave a message. If the phone number is not provided, the flowers will be porched only. Please include the recipient’s number when placing your order so we can communicate with the recipient if the flowers are porched.

My delivery is going to a business…

To guarantee the successful delivery of your floral order, please indicate any special delivery details, including business hours at the delivery address, in the delivery instruction field at checkout. Alternatively, you can send us any special requests by email, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Was my order delivered?

We will ask for your email address when you place your order. This email will be used to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation. A delivery confirmation email will be sent to your inbox after successful delivery. We recommend checking the spam folder also, as some delivery confirmations might be filtered to this folder.

What is the best way to contact customer service?

Can I schedule a delivery a few days or weeks in advance?

Yes! We accept orders up to 2 months in advance. Just choose your favorite design on our website and then select the desired date.

Is a memorial Service consultation available?

Yes, to schedule an over-the-phone or in-store consultation with our designers for funeral services, please email us at info@rafaelflorist.com or leave us a voicemail at 415-457-4712, and our team members will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Will you substitute a flower or container if it’s out of stock?

Very rarely, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to weather, seasonality & market conditions, which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme & color scheme of your arrangement are preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
